What if I never get tickets?

Never say never! Things like getting a ticket happen when we least expect it. Your home has a very unlikely chance of being destroyed by a fire or natural disaster, but no one would go without home insurance. Plus, if you maintain a clean driving record, we will discount the price you pay every year.

Why would I bother getting ticket protection?

Traffic tickets often come unexpected and no one wants to pay a ticket possibly costing up to $500, and maybe even more. It's much easier to pay a small, monthly payment that will provide peace of mind and financial protection if a traffic citation is received. Plus, the average fine is $380 and that is more than our service costs for 7 years!

What happens if I max out my benefits?

What types of violations are not covered?

A list of violations covered is on the purchase page. However, we make exceptions to this all the time. When you submit a claim, we look at your past history and account information to decide if we'll make an exception for you. We also never cover intentionally getting a ticket or tickets received from non-government agencies.

Can I cancel at any time?

How did Ticketsbite come about?

The Co-founder got a red light ticket and the fine was $370! This wasn't his first ticket, but the most expensive. He wasn't making much money and could only wish there was some sort of protection to cover the cost of the ticket. He then realized it could be possible to offer such a service, so he teamed up with his best friend and website designer to make it happen.

Can I get legal assistance from Ticketsbite?

As much as we would like to help you legally, we want to maintain the essence of our business and only focus on paying your tickets. We feel if we take on too many roles, customers could get lost in the process, and that's the last thing we want to happen!

Will my coverage be dropped if I use my benefits often?

We understand you might get on an unlucky streak and we are here to see you through it. We might suggest changing your plan to better suit your needs, but that'll come down to what you think is best for you. That being said, it will depend on how many unlucky streaks and the time frame they take place in. We like to treat every customer as an individual, and that means we consider as much as possible for every unique situation.
